Hello, I’m dil.

I’m a social entrepreneur, community organizer and artist. I build the kind of things people don't forget.

Overnight camps where strangers become lifelong friends. A world-record group hug in Little Jamaica. An airport hangar filled with 2,000 people rediscovering what it means to be together. An alcohol-free, all-ages festival that reimagines what public space can feel like.

These aren't side projects. They're the result of a decade of leading teams, managing multi-stakeholder partnerships, deploying strategy under real resource constraints - and never losing sight of why any of it matters.

I co-founded Reset in 2015 and have served as its Executive Director since 2021. I'm now transitioning out of that role and looking for what's next: somewhere I can work at greater scale, with more resources, and alongside a team that takes both ambition and care seriously.
